How do I set up 2-Step verification for my ecoAccount?
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to “Personal Settings” section in the left-hand menu
  • Select “2-Step Verification” and start the set-up by clicking “Enable”
  • Follow the simple instructions on the next screen
My verification code keeps getting rejected. What should I do?

This might happen if the time on your Google Authenticator app is not synchronized correctly.

To make sure that you have the correct time:

  • Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator application
  • Click “Settings”
  • Click “Time correction for codes”
  • Click “Sync now”

In case your verification codes are still getting rejected after time synchronization please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

My phone was lost or stolen. What should I do?

  • Select “2-Step Verification” and then “Forget trusted devices”
  • Confirm the action by clicking “OK”
How do I disable 2-step verification?
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to “Personal Settings” section in the left-hand menu
  • Select “2-Step Verification” and then “Disable 2-Step Verification”
  • Confirm the action by clicking “OK”
