Step-by-Step instructions on how to register for an account

Click "Join today"
Go to and press the "Join today" button.

Create your account details

  1. Choose a username and password
    These will be used to log in to your account. Your username should be 6 and the password should be 8 characters long, easy to remember but hard to guess. For practical help and advice on choosing a suitable and secure password, please refer to our guidance for choosing a secure password help section. Re-enter your password to confirm.
  2. Enter your email address and type it again to re-confirm
    Please ensure you input a valid email address as we will use it to send you an account activation link.
  3. Select a currency
    This will be the main currency of your account — you can add accounts for other currencies after registration.
  4. Create a security question and answer
    Please select a question from the drop-down menu and insert the answer in the entry field below. Please ensure the security question you chose has only one definitive answer known by you and no-one else. We will use your security question and answer to recover your password should you forget it.
  5. Enter the validation code
    Please insert the characters displayed in the box, into the entry field below. If you are having trouble reading the letters / numbers in the validation code, please click the "Refresh security code" link to display a different set of characters.
  6. Click "I agree".

Clicking ‘I agree’ button confirms that you’ve read and agreed to the PSI-Pay terms of use for your ecoAccount.

Enter your details
All fields marked with * are mandatory.

  1. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth and gender
  2. Enter your full home address
  3. Enter your contact phone number
    Your contact phone number must be your country’s landline and include an area code. This is a mandatory field. ecoAccount customer services may use this number, should we need to contact you regarding your account. You may also wish to include an office line or mobile as an alternative contact.
  4. Select a preferred contact language
    We will aim to contact you in your chosen language whenever possible.
  5. Click "Create account".

Check and confirm
Please review the details entered and click ‘Create Account’ to proceed with your application.

Check your email account
Please click the activation link, which we will have sent to your registered email address. Please check your junk / spam mail folder if you don’t appear to have received this after five minutes.

Confirm your username
The activation screen will request that you enter your username. You will also see a pre-filled activation code. Please leave this field as it is and upon entering your username, click the "Activate your account" button.

Enter your login details
Enter your username and password. Click "Log in".

Read and accept the exception warning
You must select the tick box to confirm you have read and agreed to the exception warning to continue. Click "Submit".

Step-by-Step instructions on topping up your account

Once your ecoAccount is activated, you can top it up. Click on the "Log in to your account" on and using username and password sign into your ecoAccount.

Choose "Deposit" section from the left-hand menu.

The page will display a list of deposit methods and detailed instructions.

To top up your ecoAccount just:

  1. Choose the deposit method
  2. Read instructions and make a print-out if necessary
  3. Make a deposit according to the instructions.

For bank deposits, the reference number displayed at the deposit instructions page should be inserted in to the "Payment Details" in the payment order.

Step-by-Step instructions on withdrawing from your account

Click on the "Log in to your account" on and using your username and password sign into your ecoAccount.

Choose "Withdraw" Section from the left-hand menu.

Withdrawals can be performed by wire transfer only. Before submitting a new request a payment option (i.e. bank account details) should be added. There is no need to add new payment option if it has been already added. The withdrawal request is processed within 3 business days. You may request to cancel the withdrawal when the withdrawal status is “NEW”. At this point funds will be credited back to your ecoAccount.

Step-by-Step instructions on applying for the ecoCard

This product is available in 31 EU/EEA states.

Log in to your account

Select "ecoCard" from the left-hand menu

Click the "Apply now" button

Check and confirm your details

Please check the details we have for you are correct. It is particularly important your home address is correct, as we will be sending your ecoCard to your registered address. If any of the details (aside from your mobile number) are incorrect, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team before continuing your application.

Read and agree to the terms

Select the tick box to confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge that your details are up-to-date and correct. Click "Next".

Wait while we process your application

This should take between 1-2 working days. You can check on the status of your application by logging in and clicking on "ecoCard" from the left-hand menu. You will receive a confirmation email from us if your application has been approved.

Wait to receive your ecoCard and PIN

If your application is successful, you will receive your ecoCard to your registered address within 21 days from the date your application was processed. Once you have received your card, you should sign the signature strip immediately and activate it by following the steps below. Once you have activated your ecoCard, you can retrieve your PIN online.

Step-by-Step instructions on activating your ecoCard

Once you have received your ecoCard, you will need to activate it. To do this you will need to:

Log in to your account

Click the "ecoCard" link on the left-hand menu

Select the "Activate your card" button

This will only appear once your card application has been accepted and processed.

Input the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card number

As printed on the front of your payment card.

Input your date of birth

In the following format: DD-MM-YYYY.

Click "Activate"
You have three attempts to activate your card. If you enter the number incorrectly three times you will no longer be able to activate your card through the website, and will need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team. You will be advised when your activation has been successful.

Retrieve your PIN

Once you have activated your ecoCard, you can retrieve your PIN online.

Step-by-Step instructions on how to apply for the ecoVirtualcard

This product is available in 31 EU/EEA states.

  1. Log in to your ecoAccount.
  2. Select "ecoVirtualcard" from the left menu.
  3. Choose the account that the ecoVirtualcard will be linked to.
  4. Select the currency of your ecoVirtualcard and agree to our terms and conditions.
  5. Click "Continue" and confirm all the details.
  6. Your ecoVirtualcard is ready to use.

Money Transfer Quick Guide

Please follow the simple steps below to initiate a money transfer:

  1. Log in to your ecoAccount.
  2. In the "Transfer money" section of the left-hand menu select "To an Individual".
  3. Enter your details: the currency account you wish to send money from and the amount you wish to send.
  4. Enter the beneficiary details: the 10-digit ecoAccount number of the recipient, their name and surname as they are registered in the ecoPayz system.
  5. Add a short message to the recipient if you'd like.
  6. Press "Continue".
  7. Review your transfer details and, if they are correct, press "Confirm".

Your money transfer will then be executed and you will be presented with a success message.
